Jargoneer Cool Words Dictionary Complete
Posted by unoti, Saturday, 29 October 2011
We’ve completed the preparation of our Cool Words Dictionary that we’ll be using in Jargoneer. Thank you very much to all of you who helped us prepare this magnificent list of awesome words.
So-called Cool Words are an important part of the gameplay in Jargoneer. And with your help we’ve identified over 9000 cool words. It actually is just over 9000 cool words, and we’re not just making that up because it’s a meme. You might say the list is a a cornicopia of awesome, or a vortex of delight.
Jargoneer is almost ready for release, and we’ve been having a terrific time playing it. It’s very exciting, because usually by the time you’re finished making a game, you’re bored of playing it. But we’re still having a great time with it.
Thanks again for your help and ideas for cool words!
Tango 11 becomes Pillow Fight Games

Tango 11 has become Pillow Fight Games. We’re excited about the new name, and we think it’s a lot more fun.
We’d also like to welcome Chris Lack who is doing an amazing job with graphic design on Jargoneer, a new game we’re working on now. Jargoneer is a word game with a very original design that is unlike anything we’ve seen out there for Android or iPhone. It’s like a combination of Scrabble and a word search, where you compete against thousands of other players at the same time, yet play at your own pace. We’ve been having a great time playing it.

We’re working on a new game for Android called Flambodia. It’s a single player RPG. We’re still working hard on it, but you can see an early video now to get an idea of what it looks like.
Flambodia has some characteristics that make it much different from other Android RPG games:
Flambodia the first release will be an Android RPG, and we intend to go MMORPG later. We chose to do single player first and multiplayer second for a simple reason: writing video game servers is something we’ve been doing professionally for a long time, but Android graphics work is new to us. We wanted to tackle the higher risk parts first, so we’re doing the graphics engine first, and releasing a single player game based on that before we go MMORPG.
Please sign up, and we’ll let you know when Flambodia is ready for beta or public release!
